I've never felt so alone before. I've never wanted to sleep forever like this before.

I believe it's been well over two years since I've logged onto this account. Damn. Deviantart has changed quite a bit since I was last active on here. Logging back on has been a massive nostalgia trip. I hope some people still remember me  

Essentially I dropped off the face of the earth about two years ago. So much happened all at once, and keeping up with deviantart was too much of a hassle at the time. I had temporarily lost my enjoyment for drawing as well. I'm very pleased to say I picked the hobby back up and that I've improved a lot in the two years I've been absent. I've also been working on my skills as a writer and, in general, I've grown a lot as a person in the past two-some years, and I'm extremely proud of that.
And thanks to the incredible <u><b><a href="varakienen.deviantart.com">Varakienen</a></b></u> who I met at Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo today, I decided to give dA another go. I have to say it's kind of nice coming back. Seeing the work done by all these artists I used to follow has given me so much inspiration. 

So far I'm focusing on getting familiar with the site again as well as clearing out some of my favourites and making my profile a bit more suitable. I've been working on a few art projects lately, and I'm also working on doing at least one sketch per day in order to practice my skills. That's all for now. I'll work on putting some stuff up here again soon. I've wiped my gallery clean, so it's empty for now. I'm looking forward to coming back here
